How does BoltWise learn?

When you run a quote in BoltWise, we will track what your customer requested and what part you selected in response. If the part you select is a part that we previewed to you in our search results, our model is reinforced and BoltWise will learn to prioritize the parts that your customers typically buy. 

If you select a part from your catalog that we didn’t preview in the search results, we will review the failure and retrain the model to improve the results. We manually validate model improvements before releasing them to your live environment to ensure consistent improvement over time.
